To develop a culture of safety, you have a develop a particular set of skills. We work with you to create training programs to develop those skills.
This can involve contests, workshops, or specific challenges to break down any given activity into its fundamenta elements. This means that people will learn how to appreciate their talents and utilize them in a group environment. They will be able to utilize certain physical movements that they need to do a by-rote task. We work with you to develop a truly unique program just for your group.
We do this either by going ahead and utilizing the activities that they need to normally take part in, or we find a similar physical activity that we can take advantage of to teach muscle memory and develop capacity for that action.
It is simply impossible to demonstrate here, but using the picture above, we can provide an example. These are people climbing poles. We could just as easily use trees instead.
For various safety procedures, we can have contests that pit employees against one another competing to be the safest employee. Prizes are given and emphasis is being shown for the value put on safety training.
